Benjamin Johncock: The Drama of Flight

 

Benjamin Johncock is the recipient of an Arts Council England grant and the American Literary Merit Award and writes for the Guardian. He lives in Norwich, England, with his wife, daughter and son. His first novel, The Last Pilot, follows test pilot Jim Harrison and his wife, Gracie, through070715_Benjamin-Johncock-by-Nick-Tucker a transformative period in American history, from the end of World War II up through the Cold War and the development of the space race.
